One-Day Exhibit Booth Rental Fee:

• 10x10 aisle booth: $200.00
• 10x10 corner booth: $250.00
• 10x20 booth: $400.00
• 10x20 end cap: $500.00
• Pre-function: $100.00

Vendors wanting to reserve a booth at the Bridal Fantasy Affair Presented by Apache Casino Hotel may select their preferred booth space on a first come, first serve basis.  The floor plan and map that is shown is a proposed layout and is not to scale.  The final booth numbering and/or actual booth locations at the show may be different from what is shown on the map.  Show producer will make every effort to provide booth numbers as requested, but retains the final determination as to the placement of vendors and their booths to ensure proper aisle widths, emergency access and also to prevent vendors with similar businesses from being placed in close proximity to one another to avoid conflicts.  Additional booths and/or tables may be added at show producer’s discretion.

Advertising and Marketing Opportunities:

• All vendors have the opportunity to provide 100 small gift items or special offers for gift bags for brides who pre-register. These vendors will be listed on a special advertising insert to be included with each gift bag.
• Each vendor who provides a gift or certificate for games and prizes will receive additional exposure with the vendor being listed on the bride’s printed materials, in announcements and some will be listed as sponsors for the game the prize is connected to. Only brides and grooms will be eligible for drawings.
• Vendors who provide a free service, samples or special offer at their booth or 5 minute seminar will receive an additional line of print on the bride’s printed materials.
